Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders in 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, during busy periods this can be extended up to 5-7 working days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
 
Please note, during certain times of the year, courier services are extremely busy which can delay orders, this is unfortunately outside our control, but we will always do our best to resolve any issues.
 
All orders are sent via tracked delivery, we use DPD Next Working Day or palletised shipping depending on the weight of your order, this will be confirmed to you via email at dispatch.
 
Please ensure you keep your delivery details up to date. Failure to update us or giving incorrect information does result in surcharges from our courier which will be passed on to you. Failure to pay surcharges can result in your account being placed on hold.

If your delivery address has restriction in place, e.g. deliveries only between 10am - 4pm, please get in touch. This can be accommodated for palletised delivery but does come with a surcharge set by our courier. 

If you can only accept delivery on certain days, e.g. deliveries only accepted on Thursday & Friday, please get in touch. We will do our best to accommodate this but this may attract surcharges through our courier depending on the restriction.
